Experienced Field Leader to relocate to Mexico to lead operations, strengthen customer relationships, and drive continued growth in the region.
Field Fastener, a global leader in fastening solutions and supply chain services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Javier Navarrete as General Manager of Mexico Operations. Currently serving as General Manager of Field's Salem, Oregon, location, Navarrete will relocate to Mexico to oversee and support the company's operations in Mexico.
In his new role, Navarrete will focus on strengthening operational performance, supporting customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for continued growth in the Mexican market. This leadership transition reinforces Field's commitment to providing consistent service, strengthening existing partnerships, and ensuring customers continue receiving the support and attention they expect.
Navarrete brings 14 years of experience in the fastener industry, specializing in rail, HVAC, and structural markets, with a focus on operations management, team leadership, customer service, and continuous improvement. He is committed to developing strong teams, improving efficiency, and supporting business growth through collaboration and accountability. Since joining Field in 2012, he has played an important role in supporting the onboarding and integration of the Columbus, Ohio, and Salem, Oregon, acquisitions.
For Navarrete, the move also represents a return to Mexico. His existing relationships with Field's Mexico team and customers provide a strong foundation for a seamless leadership transition, allowing him to build on established partnerships while supporting Field's long-term growth in the region.
