Training and Development

Field takes the development of our team very seriously. Although we are a smaller company, we have many internal Field trainers and multiple professional organizations and external contacts available to provide the desired training needed. Extensive new hire training, onsite technical training, LinkedIn Learning, and college partnerships round out the offerings.

Internal Promotions

Any time there is an open position or opportunity for advancement, we look to our internal team first. Our goal is to select the best qualified candidate for any role, and many times that has been an existing Field team member. Promotions and advancement comes in many forms and Field strives to provide opportunities in areas such as team projects, site visits, leading interest teams, leading Field events, and more!
