What does performance feedback look like?

Performance feedback is critical for success. Our new hires receive performance feedback at 30, 60, and 120 days after hire.

This is a great communication tool since there is so much learning taking place. Other feedback includes written performance appraisals every six months, feedback surveys from peers, and regular one-on-one meetings with their team leader. We also encourage team members to actively ask for feedback in order to keep developing and improving.
