What does performance feedback look like?

Performance feedback is crucial for success. Our new hires receive performance feedback at 30, 60, and 120 days after their start date.

This is a great communication tool as it facilitates significant learning opportunities. Additionally, we provide written performance appraisals every six months, conduct feedback surveys from peers, and hold regular one-on-one meetings with team leaders. We also encourage team members to actively seek feedback to continuously develop and improve.
