What should I anticipate during my initial 90 days working at Field?

The first 90 days at Field is focused on getting immersed in our culture and getting to know the team.

Naturally, job training is a key part of the onboarding process, but our priority is to ensure our new hires feel at ease quickly. To achieve this, we emphasize the importance of familiarizing oneself with Field and connecting with fellow team members. We facilitate this by organizing rotations across different functional areas, hosting welcome lunches, and even scheduling time with the President during the first week.
